What You’ll Be Brewing: Maintenance/repair of Utilities equipment providing steam, refrigeration, water, compressed air, wastewater and CO₂ collection for the brewery. Ensure efficient operation of steam supply and condensate return including lines, valves, traps, heat exchangers and pumps. Completion of work orders as assigned, including ordering parts, working with contractors and use of CMMS to open and close work orders. Work with operations depts to maintain, troubleshoot and repair utilities equipment in production areas. Preventative maintenance work on utilities equipment throughout the brewery. Daily repairs to equipment causing losses or inefficiencies in the Utilities department. Trade Qualification (red seal) Millwright or Refrigeration Mechanic preferred.
