What will you work on?
The designer will be working on the company's online banking app experience, mainly tackling payment related features.
This means we:
- Help clients execute their day-to-day banking activities
- Deliver new/improved features to facilitate our client's banking
Main responsibilities:
- Work within the squad (Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer, Design Research and Manager), to research and identify the client's problem
- Create and evaluate potential solutions
- Create, test and translate the content
- Support cross-functional partners: product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers and quality assurance teams while designing and building the solution
Capabilities:
- Deep knowledge of the design process
- Excellent synthesis skills to deliver messages efficiently
- The ability to create content that increases client engagement
- Strong collaboration skills
- A curious, strategic, and analytical mindset;
- A natural leader self-starter with solid time management and presentation skills
- Experience designing content-first and comfort working on multiple projects
- Ability to translate and adapt our messages for our French clients

- Experience with usability research (focus on content)

Job DescriptionCW will assist the DE Leads in executing physical design including Performance Verification involving layout verification and reliability checks. Required Skills: Physical design CAD flows and Design verification. Includes DRC, LVS and debug. Preferred Skills: Cadence Virtuoso, scripting in PERL and Shell. Unix. Communication and team skills. Additional Experience needed BS + and preferred experience in process node design.
