Prepare and Monitor the Reports, progress, action plans KPIs, timelines
Support and coordinate with Field Team, management and legal team for effective implementation.
Dealer Profitability Analysis
Conduct detailed Dealer Profitability analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational results.
Prepare executive-level performance reports, Presentations, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making.
Conduct comprehensive Financial Statement (FS) analysis to evaluate dealer financial stability and trends.
Performance Improvement Initiatives & Management
Lead planning and rollout of performance enhancement initiatives across the dealer network such as Project elevate.
Prepare Performance Initiative Monitoring Reports, insights, and action plans.
Network Changes & Governance
Manage dealer ownership tracking and maintenance for all dealer network changes, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
Coordinate and process General Manager (GM) changes, including documentation and governance reviews.
Lead Dealer GM Program and Succession Planning, including tracking readiness and documentation.
Operations
Manage Business Plan (BP) submissions, analysis and reporting, providing insights on forecasting, risks, and dealer performance.
Prepare and issue Working Capital & Floor Plan letters for dealers.
Complete and distribute ad‑hoc reports as needed.
Prepare Field Meeting decks, reports, visuals, and supporting materials.
Support meeting coordination logistics, including venue & food arrangements when required
Serve as an analytical support resource for field leadership teams.
Training & Course Development
Develop and training programs and development courses related to Dealer network in conjunction with external vendors.
Create learning materials and reference guides to support dealer and field staff capability-building.
Monitor Training course effectiveness and quality, reporting any gaps or recommendations.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage relationships and contracts with key vendors, including NCM, Optimum, and other partners.
Oversee vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment with corporate performance objectives.
Monitor contract compliance and track service quality, reporting any gaps or recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in dealer operations, network planning, or business performance management.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

CPOTrack key performance metrics to measure CPO program effectiveness.Use corporate resources to support program objectives.Organize and compile monthly reports and Dealer communications.Ensure compliance with CPO program standards.
RACSupport RAC Department by working closely with the Distribution Department in coordinating the timely ordering, releasing and delivery of RAC vehicles to Drop Ship Locations.Entering and maintaining RAC contracts in the PVT System.Coordinating and tracking RAC Risk Incentive Submissions and Cheque Requisitions for payments.Ensure all documentation is fulfilled in accordance and compliance with J-SOX.
