Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Designer to work on high-end custom cabinetry and whole-home interior projects. This role can be tailored to different strengths, whether you are client-facing and sales-oriented, or a highly experienced technical designer.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign custom kitchens, closets, and millwork solutionsPrepare drawings and design packages using CAD and SketchUpCommunicate with clients, developers, builders, and design partnersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure design feasibility and executionParticipate in project coordination and ongoing design developmentWe Are Open to Two Profiles
Option A – Client-Oriented DesignerComfortable interacting with clientsAble to support sales discussions through design expertiseInterested in balancing design and client communication
Option B – Design-Focused ProfessionalStrong design background with solid project experienceCapable of handling complex layouts and custom solutionsDetail-oriented with a deep understanding of interior design and cabinetry
QualificationsEducation or experience in interior design or related fieldsProficiency in CAD and SketchUpExperience in cabinetry, millwork, or residential interior design preferredFluency in Mandarin is required for client and project communicationWorking English proficiency preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to grow within a long-term role
