    Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Supervisor to our crew! You will play an integral piece in the coaching and training of our sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth is achieved all while having fun! We are looking for someone with a good sense of priorities, team management experience, ambition and driven by results. You are a leader with a will to succeed? We want you on our team!

    As an E-commerce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Moose Knuckles' digital operations. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce NA Sales & Merchandising, this role works across Digital Marketing operations and Site Merchandising to optimize our digital marketing campaigns and enhance the customer experience onsite. You will leverage data-driven insights to influence strategy, support campaigns, and ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
    Some of what you’ll do:
    Digital Marketing Operations Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate channels. Insights & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to optimize marketing ROI and drive traffic to the website. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and creative operations with e-commerce goals, ensuring smooth launching of campaigns and seasons. Budget Optimization: Assist in managing budgets and forecasting to maximize marketing spend effectiveness. Product Advertising: Assist in ensuring appropriate product selections across all key media channels including but no limited to emails, paid social ads, affiliate marketing.
    Site Merchandising Operations Site Content Operations: Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, technical details, product imagery, and content implemented across the website. Onsite implementations: Assist the site merchandising team to implement and test site navigation, on-site promotions and product launches. Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and incoming shipments to help ensure alignment of merchandising goals with execution. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate site changes and improve conversion rates.
    Some of what you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI platforms. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail. Passion for fashion and luxury retail is a plus.
    Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world.     We are seeking a Wholesale/Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team for a 1 year contract. Reporting to the Director of Inventory and Allocation, this role involves managing timely follow-ups for order entry, overseeing return authorization processes, and supporting global inventory allocation.
    Some of what you’ll do:
    Digital Marketing Operations Perform data entry into our ERP ensuring all information related to orders and RAs are updated Provide daily updates related to wholesale accounts Assist and support retail division with, order entry, returns / order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels in relation to order entry and order processing Generate various system reports and analyze data Coordinate allocation of goods to clients and appropriate warehouses, monitor omni channel inventory Manage return processes – follow up with stores, retail partners and warehouses to ensure proper delivery of returned merchandise and verify that goods match the processed RA’s Coordinate pickup for returns and generate shipping labels as needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned Communicate and follow up directly with other departments
    Some of what you’ll need: Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale customer service Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store allocations or order management systems Expert in Word and Excel Excellent communication and interaction skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment Dynamic, organized and detail oriented Momentis experience an asset EDI experience an asset Flexibility in work schedules and hours during peak periods Strong people management and interpersonal skills and experience
