If you are a skilled professional with experience in Bell-type helicopters, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform aircraft inspections, including airframe structures, engines, and components. Ensure operating and maintenance procedures comply with industry and internal regulations and quality standards. Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints. Test repaired aircraft systems for proper performance, and perform cleaning and lubricating equipment along with other routine maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot issues and develop corrective actions. Record problems and actions taken. Maintain accurate maintenance records of the aircraft. May act as Crew Chief on certain projects. Assist in the instruction and training of apprentices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills & Attributes: Military AVN training on CH-146. Valid Transport Canada AME "M" Type license. Minimum 3 years of experience on Bell-type helicopters. Type endorsement on Bell 412. Proficient in using electronic and paper-based manuals and navigating vendor data. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and aviation standards. This role ensures alignment between customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capabilities to support on-time delivery and efficient resource planning. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage integrated production schedules to meet delivery targets and manufacturing goals Oversee the program schedule, ensuring alignment with milestones, deadlines, and contract terms Coordinate with cross-functional teams using IMS, SIOP, and regular planning processes Ensure readiness of materials, labor, and equipment across departments including Procurement, Engineering, and Production Use MRP/MPS systems to drive material planning and production control Analyze forecasts, backlogs, and inventory to assess and adjust schedules Monitor schedule performance and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks proactively Communicate schedule changes and updates to internal and external stakeholders Support process improvements related to scheduling, lead time, and delivery performance Maintain accurate schedule records, reports, and KPIs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing Experience with ERP/MRP/MPS systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, JDE, Visual) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning Effective communicator and team collaborator Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA) CPIM certification strongly preferred Power BI experience is an asset
