Engage in active field sales to grow and maintain a committed client base within a defined territory Develop and execute strategic plans for managing and expanding the customer portfolio to drive sales growth and retention Strategically zone sales territory using customer potential, historical purchasing data, and market opportunities Independently plan daily routes, schedules, and sales activities using CRM and sales efficiency tools Utilize consultative and persuasive sales techniques to demonstrate product or service value to prospective customers Deliver in-person product demonstrations to create impactful, hands-on customer experiences Identify key decision-makers on construction sites and within industrial organizations, understanding their roles, needs, and challenges Analyze customer data to determine ideal prospects, uncover gaps in purchasing patterns, and develop targeted sales strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, finance, marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience What Do You Bring? Minimum of 1 year of outside sales or account management experience (product-based industry strongly preferred) Secondary education diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Clean driving record Proven experience preparing formal sales proposals and quotations Experience within the mechanical, electrical, industrial, constructions industry preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Strong history of building long-term customer relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives Excellent organizational, time management, and territory planning skills Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Proficiency with technology, including MS Office, CRM systems, and mobile sales tools #MT1

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery across assigned commercial sites.
