We’re looking for a motivated Admission Advisor who enjoys speaking with people, closing leads, and guiding students from inquiry to enrollment.If you’re target-driven, confident on calls, and want real growth in the education consulting space, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-insCounsel students on programs, colleges, intakes, and eligibilityConvert qualified leads into successful enrollmentsAssess student profiles for admissions and financial aid options (OSAP)Collect, review, and organize documents using checklistsCoordinate with colleges, financial aid officers, and internal teamsFollow up consistently to move applications forwardMaintain accurate records and lead trackingSupport students through enrollment, testing, and onboardingMeet and exceed monthly admission targets ethically
Job Requirements
Experience in admissions, education consulting, sales, or customer serviceStrong communication and persuasion skillsComfortable handling high call volumes and lead follow-upsSales mindset with a focus on conversions and resultsKnowledge of Canadian college admissions and OSAP (preferred)Organized, detail-oriented, and good with Google Workspace / CRM toolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, reliable, and student-focused
