About Us
We are building a national healthcare access platform that unifies patient intake, eligibility routing, membership programs, and multi-clinic operations into one integrated system. Our organization includes multiple ventures and multiple dental clinics working together to create a seamless, affordable pathway for patients to get the care they need.
We have a strong architectural blueprint in place.
We now need a fractional COO / Systems Integrator who can turn that blueprint into a predictable, scalable operating system.
This is not a clinic manager role.
This is a control-plane operations role focused on systems, workflows, dashboards, automation, and cross-team alignment.
What You Will Build
As our fractional COO / Systems Integrator, you will:
Build a unified operating model across several interconnected business unitsDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting rhythms for organizational alignmentCreate automated workflows for intake, eligibility routing, and schedulingTranslate high-level architecture into SOPs, workflows, and accountability mapsCoordinate cross-functional execution with contractors and internal teamsPrepare and operationalize our first regional pilot launch in Hamilton, OntarioReduce founder dependency by establishing a mature operating cadence
Who You Are
You thrive in building clarity from complexity and creating systems that scale.You likely have:
5+ years experience as a fractional COO, Head of Operations, RevOps Leader, Systems Architect, or similarDemonstrated ability to unify multiple brands, business units, or systemsExperience designing and implementing dashboards and KPI frameworksComfort with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable/Sheets, Retool, etc.)Strong process design and documentation skillsA calm, precise, sequencing-focused approach to executionA track record of reducing or eliminating founder involvement in day-to-day operations
What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)
By Day 30
You understand our architecture and operational objectivesA draft Command Center (KPIs, dashboards, reporting) is liveExisting workflows are mapped and clarified
By Day 60
Intake-to-booking and membership workflows are operationalCross-team operating cadence is establishedPilot launch requirements and sequence are defined
By Day 90
The founder is removed from most daily operational loopsThe Hamilton pilot is fully prepared for executionYou have delivered a clear roadmap for scaling operations nationally
Commitment & Compensation
Fractional: 20–30 hours per weekTerm: 3–6 months with potential extensionCompensation: Competitive and based on experience
Remote position, Canada preferred but not required.
