    Strategic Product OwnershipDefine the long-term service roadmap and product vision, aligned with modernization goals.Establish metrics to track operational effectiveness, efficiency, and cost savings.Collaborate with executive leadership to guide digitization strategy, policy alignment, and governance decisions.Support technology sourcing strategies and modernization of high-risk legacy systems.
    Data, Analytics & Reporting OversightDefine data reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.Align data architecture and governance with enterprise standards and digital strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.Translate complex data and analytics requirements into actionable user stories for engineering teams.
    User-Centered Service DesignChampion human-centered design principles for both internal users and public-facing services.Lead stakeholder engagement and research activities to identify pain points and co-create solutions.Encourage experimentation, prototyping, and continuous feedback loops across delivery teams.
    Agile & Digital LeadershipAdvocate for Agile and Lean delivery principles within the organization.Mentor and guide product managers, analysts, and developers in digital-first delivery practices.Present progress and insights to executive committees and modernization governance bodies.
    Experience:15–20+ years progressive experience in IT service delivery, business transformation, or digital modernization.10+ years in leadership and facilitation roles, guiding cross-functional Agile or hybrid teams.8–10+ years in product ownership, program management, or enterprise service design.8+ years designing, developing, and implementing complex IT solutions in enterprise environments.8+ years working within Agile/Scrum delivery models, leveraging JIRA or similar tools.Proven track record of coordinating business, IT, and stakeholder teams on high-impact transformation programs.Strong communication, negotiation, and change-management capabilities at the executive level.
