    Your key Competencies ➢ Operate and monitor the insulated metal panel production line to ensure consistent, high-quality product. ➢ Adjust and optimize foaming, laminating, and curing processes, controlling line speed, temperature, and line pressure. ➢ Perform cutting, trimming, stacking, packaging, and in-line quality inspections for thickness, density, adhesion, and surface integrity. ➢ Maintaining the routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. ➢ Maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding safety standards, quality protocols, and continuous process improvement.
    Qualifications & Skills ➢ Minimum high school diploma, with technical certification will be preferred. ➢ Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in the foam industry, will be considered an asset. ➢ Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude. ➢ Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment. ➢ Strong proficiency in English, with excellent writing and reporting skills.
