We offer a rewarding career and brand that our employees are proud to represent. Job Purpose:Responsible for managing the Inventory Team, overseeing / maintaining timely updates of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) records to meet customer SLA expectations.      Job Purpose:Lead and oversee all warehouse operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s organizational goals and objectives to drive success and sustainable growth. This includes managing and mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining safety standards, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering team development. Serves as a key liaison between departments and the executive team to align operations with company goals and customer expectations. Additionally, takes ownership for quoting and managing diverse warehouse opportunities, including those requiring compliance with GDP, ISO 9001 standards, food-grade storage, and dangerous goods (DG) handling. A bias for action, a champion of culture and continuous improvement to support both client satisfaction and operational success. 
    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Operational ExcellenceOversee the teams responsible for managing our inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities across all warehouses, ensuring their timely and accurate execution of tasks. Act as the escalation point between the operations, warehouse, and inventory teams to resolve complex issues. Manage and optimize racking configurations and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency and profitability.  Process Improvement and ReportingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with company growth strategies. Monitor and report warehouse performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the executive team, and clients to improve or establish new procedures.  Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and lead by example in promoting safe work practices. Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Oversee equipment and facility maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.  Customer Focus Cultivate team morale and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences by promoting a shared sense of accountability and enthusiasm for service excellence. Serve as a point of contact for escalations, working closely with clients to address concerns. Training and Development Oversee onboarding and training for new hires to ensure productivity meets company standards. Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of personnel, ensuring new team members are fully prepared to meet productivity and performance standards. Maintain training records and ensure all teams are adequately trained for their roles. Identify and support career advancement opportunities for team members.

    Skills & Ability:Skilled in managing high-volume distribution while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in inventory management. Skilled in accurately quotinga wide variety of warehousing opportunities, including: GDP-compliant storage. ISO 9001-compliant environments. Food-grade product handling. Dangerous Goods (DG) storage and management. Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations is required, with a focus on fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Advanced proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems leveraging technology to optimize operations and ensure seamless inventory control. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations. Experienced in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and operational efficiency is an asset.
