This role takes ownership of safety, receiving, picking, shipping, inventory accuracy, team leadership, and continuous improvement. As we grow, we need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and steady leadership to warehouse operations.

What You’ll DoLead daily warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, returns).Manage warehouse KPIs: accuracy, on-time shipment, productivity, and cost control.Build and coach a strong team of leads and frontline staff.Maintain high inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and controls.Improve layouts, workflows, and SOPs to support growth.Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and CX.
What Success Looks LikeOrders ship accurately and on time; even during peak.Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.5%The team knows what’s expected and delivers consistently.The warehouse improves quarter over quarter in terms of throughput, efficiency, and accuracy.
There are opportunities for this role to grow into multi-site or regional operations leadership as we expand.
Qualifications7+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations.Strong expertise in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory ManagementExperience and proficiency in Operations Management and workflow optimizationProven ability to lead teams, ensure safety regulations, and meet organizational goalsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of warehousing software or inventory systems is essentialPhysical ability to carry out warehouse tasksHands-on leadership style — present on the floor, not just behind a desk.
