The successful candidates will have strong knowledge of business processes, experience providing SAP application support/management, strong analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills. Our consultants need to be able to juggle competing priorities, meet commitments, and bring energy and a strong willingness to learn. They will also work well within a team environment yet be a self-starter and leader to accomplish their own work. Applicants should have at least 8 years of SAP Production Planning module experience and a solid understanding of the integration points across SAP functional areas specifically.
Duties and Responsibilities: Use business process, functional, and industry knowledge to provide quality SAP solutionsEffectively manage priorities across a wide variety of customers including enhancements, projects, incidents, or service requests submitted by our broad AMS client baseUnderstand the importance of clear communications, accurate estimates, process knowledge, and NTT Data tools to formulate quality solutions in order to generate revenue for NTT DATA and value-added solutions for our client baseIdentify optimization opportunities to further add business value to customersThrive in a team-oriented environment working with other functional and technical consultants both in Canada and across the globe

Responsibilities:Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and related systems.Lead technical landscape design and implementation for greenfield SAP projects.Manage upgrades, apply patches, and direct version migrations for robust, secure SAP environments.Execute system conversions, including migrations to S/4HANA and cloud platforms.Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimize SAP infrastructure.Collaborate across teams to support implementations, testing, and go-lives.Maintain thorough architecture and process documentation.Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.Mentor junior BASIS team members.
Requirements:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT or related field.At least 10 years’ SAP BASIS administration experience, with proven greenfield project work and full implementation cycles.Expertise in upgrades, conversions, and S/4HANA brownfield migration.Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).Understanding and implementation experience with SAP BTP tools. Including Cloud Connector and Integration Suite.Implementation and Configuration of SAP DMS (Document Management System).Ability to set up and deploy SAP Joule.Understanding of SAP SSO concepts and architecture with the ability to deploy solutions.Knowledge of SAP Fiori Framework with the ability to troubleshoot OData, SAP Authorizations and other Fiori connectivity issues.Familiarity with CALM (SAP Cloud ALM) and SAP Solution Manager setup and monitoring toolsets.Skillset to implement and troubleshoot Success Factors and Concur integrations.Ability to triage and resolve adhoc AMS support tickets.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
