Role Overview
This Business Leader will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and strategic growth of the company, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into effective execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Leader will lead cross‑functional teams, drive operational efficiency, and oversee product development and market expansion. The candidate will have a strong background in software management and growth strategy, with a proven ability to scale businesses in fast‑moving markets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into actionable business plans and performance targets.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Develop and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth and operational efficiency.
Lead and empower the management team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Product Management & Innovation
Oversee product development and delivery, ensuring products meet customer needs and industry standards.
Partner with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and competitive differentiation.
Ensure timely and successful product launches with a focus on market adoption and customer satisfaction.
Financial & Market Growth
Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to develop and execute financial strategies to support growth.
Lead revenue‑generating functions, including sales and business development, to meet financial targets.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Act as a key company spokesperson, representing the company at industry events and forums.
Drive customer‑centric strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Team and Culture Development
Lead by example in fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and high performance.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong and cohesive leadership team.
Encourage cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure alignment and synergy.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of senior leadership experience in a high‑growth technology or AI‑related company.
Proven experience in software product development, management, strategy, and leading complex technology solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and scaling businesses.
Strong track record of managing cross‑functional teams and fostering alignment across departments.
Practical knowledge and experience with Responsible AI or related areas.
Experience working closely with investors, customers, and industry partners.
