What you will bring: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of more than 15 years working in a relevant field. Experience with SAP-FSCM and SAP-CML is an asset. Minimum of 9 years of experience involved in execution and delivery of sustainment Initiatives. Minimum of 4 years of direct program and or sustainment management experience. Track record of successful sustainment delivery, including contemporary and advanced technologies. Strong, extensive, practical experience in complex technical landscape management, which was gained through managing medium to large teams in a matrixed environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program and project management in a fast-paced, high-change environment with competing priorities and tight timelines. The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems and negotiate conflict resolution when the need arises. Must be able to think calmly in a high stress environment, and perform under pressure.
