With guidance and direction from the Director, Product Risk & Stewardship, the Senior Manager oversees the development, implementation and operation of Product Stewardship programs at Nutrien, and leads the HazComm and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring team within the Product Stewardship capability. What You Will Do Develop and implement programs to meet various product stewardship compliance requirements throughout the lifecycle of Nutrien products and operations. Develop and operate suitable, adequate and effective product stewardship programs which consider the complete fertilizer supply chain, and fit the Nutrien business. Lead the HazComm & Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring sub-team within the Product Stewardship operational structure, and manage resources to maintain an effective team. Monitor and interpret compliance for Canada and the US related to hazard communication, and provide strategic guidance on compliance strategies. Manage reporting requirements for Product Stewardship and lead cross-functional initiatives where needed to complete reporting requirements. Continuously improve product stewardship metrics and ensure alignment of expectations with senior leadership and internal customers. Contribute to continuously improve the Product Stewardship program by designing new processes and tools, and building and maintaining beneficial relationships with stakeholders in the business and partner capabilities. Foster a learning environment in the HazComm & SDS authoring sub-team to ensure employees understand the businesses they support and work proactively to solve customer challenges and support business bets. Mentor and coach employees with a strong development mindset. Employees take on new challenges, develop and grow, and understand their next role. Create a talent pipeline to grow our Product Stewardship talent within Nutrien. Champion Senior Management approved initiatives to mitigate product stewardship risks for Nutrien (e.g., product security programs, customer use, SDS automated delivery). Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to provide strategic guidance on growth strategies and ensure performance. Progress the advancement of product stewardship for the fertilizer industry and represent the company with external organizations, where appropriate. Benchmark programs, participate in regulatory advocacy through trades, and bring learnings back to Nutrien to inform our strategies for Product Stewardship compliance. What You Will Bring Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering, toxicology, environmental sciences, product stewardship or a related field). Minimum 5 years experience working in the product stewardship, chemical compliance or related field. Minimum 2 years management experience leading a team. A fundamental understanding of chemistry as it relates to product formulation and component reactivity as well as hazard classification and toxicology. Ability to interpret legislation, critically assess risk, communicate a range of potential impacts and formulate compliance solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate actionable requirements and issues across to the business, through an economic lens. The individual must demonstrate considerable decision making and consensus building abilities. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and exert influence to acheive informed decision-making and resolution of challenges. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Stewardship, this position is responsible for assessing product chemical hazard classifications, authoring safety data sheets (SDS), maintaining SDS document inventories and access systems. The position also provides internal advisory services on product hazard reduction options (alternate ingredients), toxicology data interpretation, and product risk matters. What You Will Do Author SDSs - Information Gathering and Documentation Conduct chemical hazard assessments of new and existing chemical products (i.e., basic chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, adjuvants) and mixtures thereof per Global Hazard System (GHS) and country specific classification requirements. Author Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documents for Nutrien products using SDS generation software. Consider appropriate regulatory requirements beyond chemical hazard classification to ensure all relevant designations and warning statements are present and correct on the SDS and/or related documents (i.e., EPA, SARA, IARC, Proposition 65). Interpret lab reports for information that would affect a product hazard designation. Develop and maintain classification weight of evidence files. Monitor Chemical hazard classification regulatory changes for impacts to Nutrien SDSs (North America). Acquire and maintain supporting files upon which classifications and exemptions are based. Gather product formulation and raw material SDSs. Understand product uses e.g. fertilizers, adjuvants, pesticides, etc. Identify potential for chemical reactions and key reaction products. Use authoring software to generate a draft SDS and fine tune output on a weight of evidence basis. Internal SDS Management - Manage SDS inventories Maintenance of internal site for retail SDSs. Maintenance of supporting files/documentation for each product. What You Will Bring University degree or college diploma (BS/BA) in chemistry or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in product hazard classifications and SDS authoring using authoring software. Ability to interpret technical data and apply weight of evidence decision making to arrive at sound and defensible classification decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of technical functions and respond to requests with appropriate priority. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, primarily email, Excel, and Word. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and change management skills. Exceptional organization skills with the ability to engage in multiple initiatives at once. Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, and management.     The Specialist, Project Execution supports the effective delivery of Nitrogen and Phosphate projects by providing subject matter guidance, coordination, and practical support to site project teams. This role is focused on ensuring project teams adhere to Nutrien’s established project management standards, assisting with stage gate documentation, and tracking compliance metrics. The Specialist acts as a resource for project managers by facilitating the use of approved tools and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of project execution, and supporting adoption of best practices across multiple sites.
    The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, successfully delivering quality work within timelines while adapting to shifting priorities. In this role you will be required to build effective relationships with operating sites, manage multiple priorities collaboratively, and show a solid understanding of project management tools and best practices. To ensure success in this role candidates should possess experience spanning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and financial oversight, paired with a commitment to safety, risk mitigation, and continuous learning.
    This role will be located at one of Nutrien's Nitrogen, Phosphate or Corporate sites and is not eligible for remote work.
    What You Will Do
    Support N&P site project teams in developing projects to Nutrien’s NPK standards ahead of funding requests in support of ELT mandates for capital efficiency. Act as a subject matter resource to facilitate compliance to NPK Project standards through support and assistance to individual sites. Collaborate with site teams on the preparation and development of Stage Gate deliverables for N&P projects; provide feedback and recommendations. Monitor implementation of compliance improvement plans, gather relevant data, and generate metrics to demonstrate compliance. Identify and suggest practical value-added solutions to recurring and common project execution challenges across N&P. Participate in collecting and disseminating compliance metrics and communicate lessons learned across project teams. Engage actively in the continuous improvement of project procedures, processes, and standards to enhance project execution results. Assist with introducing and maintaining NPK systems, processes, and tools at individual sites. Coach site Project Managers and team members on using project management tools, explaining standards, and reinforcing best practices during the development of projects Direct focus is on supporting and enabling site compliance to Nutrien standards, in partnership with Project Leads
    What You Will Bring

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Finance Decision Support & Long-Term Planning will be an expert in financial modeling and analysis. This role is critical in supporting Nutrien's forward-looking financial profile, ensuring alignment with the company's market outlook, strategic initiatives, operational goals, and capital allocation framework. What You Will Do Lead the continuous updating, maintenance and improvements of a long-term financial planning model used in the strategic planning process for scenario management, cash flow, liquidity and return projections. Take primary responsibility for the coordination, preparation, and completion of the long-term financial plan and related deliverables in collaboration with business partners and various internal stakeholders. Provide long-range forward-looking information in response to regular and ad-hoc analysis, including scenario based financial modelling and judgment driven analytical support to key stakeholder groups including executive/senior leadership. Support the impairment review process by updating long-term forecasts, key assumptions, and working closely with the Accounting team gathering and evaluating additional information as required. Partner with key internal stakeholders including operating segment finance teams, Corporate Development & Strategy, Investor Relations, Enterprise Capital, Tax, Treasury, and IT. Develop presentation materials for executive/senior leadership. Provide leadership, coaching and development support to direct reports and other team members. What You Will Bring 10+ years of experience in financial planning, finance, strategy or corporate development role within a complex, multinational, publicly traded corporate environment. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any other relevant field. A recognized finance and/or accounting designation (e.g., CFA, CBV, CPA). Expertise in valuations and accounting, with a proven ability to assess and analyze complex financial structures and strategies. Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative team environment while effectively interfacing with all levels of management. Advanced financial modeling expertise, focusing on capital project evaluation and entity-level financial statement forecasting, including probabilistic risk assessment techniques such as Monte Carlo Analysis. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, AI-powered tools and applications to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
