What you will do: Develop and maintain effective business relations with current and potential customers, based on an approach to target customers that would result in a profitable business relationship. Provide agronomic information and advice to current and potential customers – arranging for access to specialists and learning opportunities where necessary. Conduct soil, tissue, weed, pest, and water analysis to recommend best practices for soil fertility management to customers. Research and respond to technical inquiries. Maintain and analyze a database/record of customer profiles (product usage and service requirements) to identify, categorize, and prioritize customer base. What you will do: Lead and mentor a team of software support analysts and specialists responsible for maintaining business-critical applications. Oversee daily operations of the application support function, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations. Develop and enforce support processes, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and system uptime. An exciting internship opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Rocanville Potash site beginning May 2026 for an approximate 8-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position and is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. What you will do: Work closely with the Technical Services, Mine Operations, and Mine Maintenance teams. Complete tasks in support of mine operations in various capacities. As a geology student you will work closely with our Mine Geologists to provide production face support, complete geological mapping and sampling activities, and complete geological studies to enhance our ability to operate effectively, and increase our knowledge of the local geology to the mine. Studies may include, but not be limited to sampling of the ore body using various methods, core drilling in-mine, or using other geophysical tools like ground penetrating radar. This role will require a mix of office and field work. Other duties include mine project work, identifying operational, capital and business improvement requirements, and constraints to execute mine development and production activities to ensure safe, reliable, sustainable, low-cost production at Nutrien Rocanville Potash. What you will bring: Currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geology, Earth Science, Geological/Mine Engineering or equivalent. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Crop Production Advisor is accountable to meet and exceed annual sales goals and profit margin objectives of Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain effective business relations with current and potential customers, based on an approach to target customers that would result in a profitable business relationship. Provide agronomic information and advice to current and potential customers – arranging for access to specialists and learning opportunities where necessary. Conduct soil, tissue, weed, pest, and water analysis to recommend best practices for soil fertility management to customers. Research and respond to technical inquiries. Maintain and analyze a database/record of customer profiles (product usage and service requirements) to identify, categorize, and prioritize customer base. Communicate a variety of information and recommendations to staff and customers. Maintain knowledge of Nutrien Ag Solutions product offerings, including features, benefits, and uses. Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business and/or other related customer service function. Post-secondary education in Agriculture; equivalent in experience may be considered. 2+ years of sales experience. Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
