    Reporting to the Director of Product , we’re looking for a Product Manager  who is passionate about personalization, deeply understands buyer personas, and thrives in designing customer-centric omnichannel solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution of our products, ensuring they empower commercial pharma teams to better understand and serve their audiences.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Conduct extensive research to understand the motivations, pain points, and behaviors of healthcare providers, patients, and pharma commercial teams Develop products and features that support hyper-personalized engagement strategies by integrating behavioral, demographic, and account-level data Design and build API products that enable seamless integration with third-party tools and platforms to enhance customer workflows and data accessibility Assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, implementing solutions that help pharma commercial teams to execute effective omnichannel strategies, bridging insights across digital and offline touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts and users to define healthcare provider personas, mapping their needs, preferences and interactions across different channels, timing, and messaging Build products that help pharma commercial teams enable a unique sales and marketing campaign for every individual HCP, account, prescriber and patients  Define and measure KPIs to assess the impact of personalization and omnichannel features on customer engagement and ROI Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of data management and automation  Lead the productization process, ensuring scalability, usability, and a truly data-driven approach  Understand market trends, competition and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation  Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on thorough market research and customer feedback  Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, by communicating the value and unique offerings of ODAIA's products  Serve as a contributor within the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning 
    WHAT YOU BRING
    Deep knowledge of the Pharma industry, particularly in the commercial life sciences sector, and familiarity with related data types (Rx, ad performance, patient data, etc.)  Proven ability to translate customer insights into impactful product features Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies, particularly in commercial pharma Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions  Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making  Experience working as a Product Manager of marketing products or similar experience in a fast-paced technology / SaaS startup environment  Appreciation for what “good marketing” looks like, with an understanding of how that sense is being shaped by industry trends Excellent communication, and experience directly communicating with customers Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or similar related knowledge and experience

    WHAT YOU WILL DO Directly contribute to solving some of the most exciting and challenging problems while building a great software product in a dynamic, agile startup environment Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure software on AWS using technologies such as ECS, RDS, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, SQS, etc. Participate in all aspects of the product life cycle including conceptual design, development, deployment, operations and code reviews Facilitate and participate in inter-team and cross-functional collaboration Follow best practices and strive for technical and product domain expertise Juggle between production and rapid prototyping needs in a fast-paced environment using agile software practices Encourage, mentor, and coach members of the product development team Assist with the setup of best practices and develop technical and product domain expertise Ensure code quality and maintainability by fully understanding architecture and tech stack, and participate in refactoring, creating standards, and improving build and test systems

    As a Revenue Operations Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue operations by enhancing Salesforce processes, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring legal and compliance support for sales contracts.     Reporting to the Engineering Development Manager , the Senior ML Platform Engineer is experienced, creative and passionate about building best practice Machine Learning pipelines and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with other feature teams; collaborating cross-functionally throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and technically solid. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing innovator in a technically challenging and rewarding role.
    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Design and build scalable and resilient architectures supporting ML solutions across various data tiers, from moderate to massive-scale datasets. Collaborate closely with Data and ML Engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks in ML workflows. Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for machine learning model deployment, ensuring rapid integration and iteration cycles. Implement and champion industry-standard best practices for ML model deployment, operational management, and lifecycle maintenance. Efficiently manage cloud infrastructure resources, optimizing for cost, performance, and scalability across multiple data sizes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers, fostering effective solution implementation and deployment strategies. Demonstrate deep expertise in AWS, along with proficiency in other major cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, continuously optimizing cloud infrastructure for ML workloads. Document technical solutions comprehensively and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices across teams. Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to machine learning infrastructure. Ensure rigorous standards for data security and compliance, particularly when handling sensitive data, and proactively implement security protocols and compliance frameworks.
    WHAT YOU BRING
    4+ years of experience as an ML Platform Engineer or similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and architecture, including container orchestration (EKS, ECS), cloud networking (VPC, Subnets), and designing highly scalable, cost-efficient cloud environments. Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt) to manage cloud resources effectively. Strong proficiency in data engineering fundamentals: data ingestion, storage solutions, pipeline optimization, data lakes, and columnar data storage (e.g., DuckDB, Apache Iceberg, Snowflake). Extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost), alongside model monitoring and validation tools (MLflow, Great Expectations) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster) . Proven skill with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and container management best practices. Strong understanding and implementation of security standards, IAM roles, encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. Advanced software development skills in Python, emphasizing object-oriented design principles and high-quality, maintainable code. Proficient in REST and gRPC API development, specifically using frameworks like FastAPI and integration with API gateways (e.g., Kong Gateway). Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly, guiding collaborative efforts, and comfortably adapting to rapidly evolving requirements. You will oversee technical solution delivery, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless customer onboarding and integration. Reporting to the Director, Engineering Developmen t, you will act as a key liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring smooth deployments and high-quality data processing.
