MAPTUAL utilizes a range of capabilities, including standalone applications via RESTful APIs and the ability to integrate into industry leading platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce. MAPTUAL delivers dynamic predictive insights, actual value based segmentation and opportunistic next steps. Identifying a list of the most valuable customers, then curating when and how to get in touch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Directly contribute to solving some of the most exciting and challenging problems while building a great software product in a dynamic, agile startup environment Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure software on AWS using technologies such as ECS, RDS, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, SQS, etc. Participate in all aspects of the product life cycle including conceptual design, development, deployment, operations and code reviews Facilitate and participate in inter-team and cross-functional collaboration Follow best practices and strive for technical and product domain expertise Juggle between production and rapid prototyping needs in a fast-paced environment using agile software practices Encourage, mentor, and coach members of the product development team Assist with the setup of best practices and develop technical and product domain expertise Ensure code quality and maintainability by fully understanding architecture and tech stack, and participate in refactoring, creating standards, and improving build and test systems

Reporting to the Engineering Development Manager , the Senior ML Platform Engineer is experienced, creative and passionate about building best practice Machine Learning pipelines and operations. WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years of experience as an ML Platform Engineer or similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and architecture, including container orchestration (EKS, ECS), cloud networking (VPC, Subnets), and designing highly scalable, cost-efficient cloud environments. Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt) to manage cloud resources effectively. Strong proficiency in data engineering fundamentals: data ingestion, storage solutions, pipeline optimization, data lakes, and columnar data storage (e.g., DuckDB, Apache Iceberg, Snowflake). Extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost), alongside model monitoring and validation tools (MLflow, Great Expectations) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster) . Proven skill with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and container management best practices. Strong understanding and implementation of security standards, IAM roles, encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. Advanced software development skills in Python, emphasizing object-oriented design principles and high-quality, maintainable code. WHAT'S ON OFFER
As Manager, Technical Implementations , you will lead a team responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing our AI-driven platform for customers. You will oversee technical solution delivery, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless customer onboarding and integration. Reporting to the Director, Engineering Developmen t, you will act as a key liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring smooth deployments and high-quality data processing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and mentor a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, providing guidance and best practices for seamless customer deployments Oversee customer onboarding and technical implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and system integration Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements and tailor solutions to their needs Design and optimize ETL workflows, leveraging automation for repeatable, high-quality data ingestion Manage integration of customer data into ODAIA's platform, ensuring accuracy and performance Utilize modern data tools (e.g., PySpark, Snowflake) to explore, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with ETL and system configuration Ensure timely and high-quality data deliveries, maintaining data integrity and compliance with industry standards Continuously seek opportunities to improve implementation processes, increase automation, and reduce manual effort Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between customer success, engineering, and product teams
