  • OMAC Martial Arts is growing across the GTA and is looking for dedicated Taekwondo Instructors and Masters interested in joining our community. Our studios seek new and experienced staff who can guide students while encouraging personal discipline and self-respect. In addition to providing instruction on technique, applicants must display patience and positivity with students of all levels. All applicants must have an advanced belt in a traditional style. Early in summer 2025, we will open a new location in Kitchener/Waterloo, and we’re looking for a 3rd Dan Black Belt (or higher) to assume the role of Headmaster. The anticipated start date is fall 2024, as this role involves building brand awareness in the community and executing our World Class Kids program in local elementary schools. As Headmaster, your responsibilities will include: Learning the OAMC curriculum through participation in the OMAC Academy. Utilizing OMAC resources to develop marketing initiatives that drive membership sales. Participating in community events to promote the new location and trial classes. Collaborating with ownership on the final milestones for opening the school. Recruiting and onboarding staff, including martial arts talent, an administrator, and drivers for the afterschool program. Leading classes for afterschool and evening memberships. Executing ancillary revenue programs such as demonstration teams, competition teams, belt testing, and birthday parties. Maintaining brand standards as outlined in OMAC manuals. Performing other duties as required. For the right candidate committed to running the school as their own, there may be an opportunity to earn profit sharing by achieving specific membership and revenue milestones within the first 12 months.
