    Seeking an energetic, reliable, organized and experienced Housekeeper for a residence and workplace located in the Bowmanville, Ontario. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence.Primary Responsibilities:· Detailed cleaning of the residence, including but not limited to dusting, moping, vacuuming, deep cleaning, kitchen and bathrooms· Some cleaning of office and business spaces· Keep the residence tidy and organized· Full Laundry cycle and bed preparation· Managing household product inventory and shopping· Basic trash and recycling management· Running errands and grocery shopping· Meal prepping and helping with lunches and dinners· Maintaining and improving the overall tidiness and organization of the residence· Prioritizes competing tasks by creating household schedules for daily, monthly, quarterly tasks· Other duties may be requiredIdeal Candidate Will Have:· 3-5 years of working in a busy private residence· Holds confidentiality to the highest regard· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and adapt to changes well· Ability to organize and manage their time with minimal supervision· Strong people skills and able to work well with other staff· Experience managing and executing competing needs of Laundry, Deep Cleaning, Tidying, Organizing, Household shopping, Lunch/Dinner preparation and cooking simple meals· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (No sponsorship)· Fluent in English, both verbal and written· Personable, friendly, warm and approachable· Be a joyful and positive presence in the home, while maintaining tact and discretion to privacy· Ability to anticipate the needs of the family· Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude· Vulnerable sector police checkCertificates/Licenses· Full G license, clean driving abstract and a reliable vehicle to travel to and from work is requiredSchedule· Regular Schedule Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM.· 5 weeks paid vacation annually, after one year of service.· Benefits package after 6 months of employmentBenefitsLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceExtended health carePlease send us your resume including a contact phone number for a telephone interview.
