    Summary
    The Associate Director, Search will be instrumental in the strategic planning and successful implementation of digital search campaigns and programs.

  • Paid Search Supervisor

    Purpose of the role: Working closely with the Directors, the Search Supervisor is expected to manage the client’s objectives and manage/oversee the day to day paid search executions.
    The Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of 2+ individuals and although the role is focused on paid search it is expected that the candidate has a high-level understanding of the total digital ecosystem and the roles each of the digital platforms play in the daily lives of consumers.
    Key to this role is having a strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, ad serving and tagging technology, data analysis and communication to help drive performance results for PHD clients. This position will work closely with the Account Management and the Client Strategy & Development teams. A successful supervisor will need to provide analysis that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of marketing strategy. You will tie the optimization metrics to the strategic intent of campaigns and the underlying business objectives.
    The Role & Expectations
