The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) projects.

Role Overview
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, coordination, and quality. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure each project is completed safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate trades, subcontractors, equipment, and deliveries
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to execute the scope of work effectively
- Enforce safety policies and educate workers on regulations and incident protocols
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate with the Health & Safety Coordinator
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design and budget
- Maintain a proactive, safety-first approach in all aspects of work
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant ICI site supervisory experience
- Valid G-Class driver's license
- Strong knowledge of Ontario construction safety regulations
- Comfortable with construction tools, equipment, and processes
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours as required
Assets
- Experience working under COR-certified systems
- Familiarity with SiteDocs or other digital H&S record-keeping platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic digital tools
- Valid training certifications in:
- Working at Heights
- First Aid & CPR
- Basics of Supervising (training will be provided if needed)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours may vary depending on the project)
