The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and improving day to day operational activities within the Processing department, including gummies, beverages and shot production, while ensuring efficiency, quality safety compliance and cost effectiveness. This role translates business strategy into operational execution by leading teams, optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production targets and performance expectations are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and oversight of processing and production operations for beverages, shots, and gummies, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution
Own and monitor key production KPIs (throughput, yield, labour efficiency, downtime, waste, schedule adherence) to drive performance across all product lines
Champion a quality‑and safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, GMPs, and company standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labour productivity and cost control across beverage, shot, and gummy production
