Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Experience Representative located in the Greater Vancouver Area. The individual in this role will manage customer inquiries and provide support to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, managing orders and communications, resolving issues, maintaining records, and delivering a high level of personalized service to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Provide an excellent experience to our customers via phone, email and online. Act as a primary point of communication to answer technical and clinical questions regarding products. Provide pricing and shipping estimates. Process sales orders. Engage in proactive customer reach out via phone. Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams. Flexible weekly shifts between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm to accommodate your schedule. Potential opportunity for future full‑time employment. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Preferably fluent in French. A proactive attitude with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
