    About the role: 5 days in Mississauga office
    The Senior Systems Administrator will be instrumental in managing OSL’s corporate infrastructure and cybersecurity. Your expertise will ensure the highest reliability and performance, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. This role involves working on complex projects, including evolving existing systems and implementing new technologies.
    Key Responsibilities: Manage Corporate network environment: Architect and deploy network infrastructure, manage firewalls, VPNs, network troubleshooting, managing network security Creates and maintains system configuration, mapping, processes, and problem management documentation Manage development environment: Based on a mix of Linux and Windows Continuously monitor the corporate environment, with close attention to capacity and performance Contribute to the tactical planning and direction of IT infrastructure and overall improvement of all service deliveries Build out production monitoring: design and deploy infrastructure monitoring for all services, including API endpoints and external web applications and services Create active reporting and alerting: Create dashboards to identify trends and bottlenecks and develop alerting/escalation strategies to manage incidents effectively Implement security controls: ensuring the environment is secure and following best practices Implement operational controls and processes, ensuring the mechanisms, safety controls, fuse breakers, and due diligence are in place to introduce changes and react responsibly to planned or unplanned events
    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong engineering background with experience in automation, configuration management, scripting, and security best practices Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, automated builds, monitoring, and scaling Experience with system and application monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems administration, including scripting, troubleshooting, and upgrading Ability to take ownership of technical delivery and collaborate effectively with business partners It is crucial to assume leadership responsibilities for troubleshooting and managing incidents in the environment. This requires weighing desired outcomes against risk and urgency. This responsibility may also involve working with OSL's vast network of partner service providers. Strong scripting and coding capabilities to integrate / instrument OSL’s technology stack. Strong mentoring and advocacy skills for good design and engineering values. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Operational support experience with after-hours on-call responsibilities. ITIL Knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and tools
    Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the field. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Experience with Fortinet hardware and ecosystem Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Expert or near-expert skills with Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and containerization Experience with server provisioning and configuration management, utilizing tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Chef, delivering Infrastructure as Code Experience with database administration of MSSQL and PostgreSQL Observability, monitoring and alerting with tools like Prometheus and Datadog
    Working Conditions: Flexibility to work on various schedules, including evenings and weekends, as required.

    The Position: Contract: 18 months We are currently seeking a Retention Specialist. The Retention Specialist is responsible to coordinate and or facilitate specific training programs to our E-Store and Retention group Contact Centre and Live Chat employees.
    The Retention Specialist for Corporate Services (CS), E-Store and Retention Operation encompasses many areas including orientation sessions, performance management, sales, customer service, industry specific knowledge, management and leadership development. Knowledge base management. Agent performance management. Call quality assurance. Agent training curriculum development and maintenance. Agent email ID and system access management. Volume forecasting and capacity planning. Headcount management. KPI data reporting and analysis. The incumbent will manage sales metrics on an hourly basis. Liaise with other departments to gather information that may impact the CS and E-store for upcoming promotions
    What you’re responsible for: Training (30%) Plan and co-ordinate product training at call center and chat for CS and E-Store Maintain a training log for each session showing number of hours, attendees, date and any other relevant information CS and E-Store Contact Centre Operations & Training Execute new product launches and promotions for CS and E-Store Contact Centre Operations & Training Reviewing, modifying and sharing training/consultation guides with the contact centers Communicate with product sales managers to get the product/promotion training materials Deep dive on call drivers and escalate the top management Work collaboratively with the CS and E-Store Customer Experience Leader and Contact Centre Partners to assess employee skills and identify training needs or requirements Develop training materials such as blueprints, lessons plans, storyboards, facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, job-aids, assessments and other pertinent documents
    Quality Assurance (30%) CS, E-Store and retention group calibration calls with all vendors Weekly calibration calls evaluate and share feedback regarding each agent’s customer service delivery and call handling skills CS and E-Store Listen to poor QA calls based on the customer feedback to identify agent areas of opportunities and request coaching. Check agent coaching effectiveness by following up in subsequent listening sessions Track intraday CSS/FCR/NPS performance and send results to staff and vendors Edit the QA calibrations form as required Coordinate CS and E-store training and management for CS and E-Store training and content
    Operations (40%) Perform mystery calls and chats for CS and E-Store operations Monitor Store KPIs CAR, SL, ABN Monitor store KPI CSS/FCR/NPS/NSR Monitor E-Store Agents performance management adherence/attendance/call transfers/AHT/hold Hosting ad hoc meetings with the vendors to discuss high priority initiatives Assist in preparing the monthly E-Store forecast for call/chat center vendor sites and ensure we have coverage for holidays Assist Producing a monthly E-Store locked volume forecast for the vendor(s) 90 days with a 45-day lead time Analyzing E-Store historical call volume and producing a monthly locked forecast by line of business and language for the call center vendors; reducing cost by ensuring that the forecast is in line with contractual obligations

    The Position: We are currently seeking a Manager Process Innovation . The Manager will be responsible for leading a team tasked with maintaining the quality of internal and external data inputs to SCM Systems as well as optimizing KPIs through analysis of existing SCM processes. The Manager will have a deep understanding of existing processes and use that knowledge to identify process redesign opportunities, new process development, and initiatives to meet core business objectives.
    The Manager must be proficient in understanding and evaluating current business across departments. They will need to provide new process and system training to business owners, management of key company internal databases, data maintenance with respect to SCM, ERP and other internal operating support systems while ensuring their data quality, accuracy and completeness are core functions of the Manager.
    The Manager will act as a consultant to Division leaders and work to provide innovation in tools and processes as well as business insights, which will enable achievement of sustainable business goals. Working closely with various SCM stakeholders, the PI manager must gain alignment on existing KPIS, and how process redesign opportunities will impact those KPIs, and ensure new processes and systems deliver on all business requirements.
    What you’re responsible for: Demonstrate expert knowledge of all operations supporting systems and processes Oversee related training and data infrastructure supporting SCM, ERP and other processes such as Overall SCM/ERP Standard Operation Process, and KPIs, and supporting data systems Ensure ERP, SCM Policies & Procedures are reviewed and new policies and procedures in internal standard operating procedures are updated in the documentation system (GPPM) Oversee SCM Related system maintenance such as GSCM and GSBN – Master/Hierarchy maintenance Mentor and manage all staff activities (R&R, New Hire, Reviews, Setting objectives, Salary etc) Consult with SCM leaders to identify gaps in processes or new business requirements and fully document issues requiring resolutions Manage project implementations following industry best practices from planning, executing, documenting and reporting progress through to completion Establish timelines, ownership, and key milestones for all projects

    The Company: OSL was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.
    About the role: 5 days in Mississauga office
    The Senior Windows Administrator manages and supports business productivity suites and communication systems. You will set up collaborative environments within Microsoft 365. Advise on utilization of Microsoft 365 services, like Teams, Intune, Power Platform solutions, etc. You have experience with EMS (Azure AD, Intune, Information Protection, etc.) This role involves working on complex projects, including evolving existing systems and implementing new technologies.
    Key Responsibilities: Provision and configure systems using technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID Administration of Windows servers and desktops Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data. Monitor network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless connectivity and maximum availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Stay updated on emerging security concerns and establish processes for critical patch management, advisory circulation, and security practice training. Create, maintain, and update documentation for projects and existing systems. Configure and manage VPNs, firewall policies, and VLANs; perform traffic monitoring and packet capture analysis. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and network-related documentation. Research and recommend innovative, preferably automated, approaches for system administration tasks. Ensure high availability, scalability, redundancy, and corporate infrastructure security.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of two years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud services, implementing solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Enterprise experience with Windows Server, Windows 1 /11, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, MS SQL, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Azure, O365, and Hybrid Cloud Identity (Microsoft Entra ID). Familiarity with MDM and corporate device management (Intune/Autopilot). Understanding of security fundamentals and governance. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols. Experience with monitoring solutions (both network and software). Strong systems administration skills, including troubleshooting Windows desktops and servers, patch management, high availability systems, and database servers. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM). Automation-first mindset to ensure scalability as the organization grows. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA Server+/Security+/Network+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.

    Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the field. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Experience with Fortinet hardware and ecosystem Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Expert or near-expert skills with Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and containerization Experience with server provisioning and configuration management, utilizing tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Chef, delivering Infrastructure as Code Experience with database administration of MSSQL and PostgreSQL Observability, monitoring and alerting with tools like Prometheus and Datadog

    Working Conditions: Flexibility to work on various schedules, including evenings and weekends, as required.
