  • Operations Manager  

    - Montreal

    OssKin is a fast-growing Montreal-based MedTech company specialized in development and manufacturing of wearable medical devices, using proprietary mass customization software and 3D printing technology.
    PURPOSE Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will work with directly various facets of the business (Production, Purchasing, Business Systems, Engineering, Customer Service etc.) in order to drive for overall operational excellence and optimization, all while reducing costs and respecting budgets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES Own cross-functional projects and initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes Design and implement continuously better business and operational systems Project manage new operational initiatives with stakeholders across the business (executive, operations, production, product development, customer service) Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize operations. Proactively identify and address roadblocks, unnecessary complexity and silos. Establish yourself as someone who breaks down barriers and defaults to a mindset of “how can we make this happen!” Use a data-driven approach to deliver objective, analytical insights that support and enable strategy and execution planning; Leverage internal company-wide resources and advocate, support and increase adoption of cross-departmental initiatives Document processes and maintain process documentation in the form of standard operating procedures; Set and communicate clear objectives and key results, pushing the boundaries on what’s achievable and corralling the team behind you to maximize engagement, output and results Recruit, train and supervise staff; Ensure the budgets and their regular control
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s in (project management, accounting, engineering, commerce or any related field a plus) Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in an operations role, ideally in a small high growth company Proficiency in various modern software systems, including CRMs, ERP, Accounting platforms, Project Management tools, Office 365 Knowledge of management practices (Lean manufacturing, KPIs, performance management) Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, results-driven environment Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed

  • Product Development Engineer  

    - Montreal

    Product Development Engineer (Biomedical or biomechanics)
    OssKin is a fast-growing Montreal-based MedTech company specialized in development and manufacturing of wearable medical devices, using proprietary mass customization software and 3D printing technology.
    Responsibilities:
    OssKin is looking for a Product Development Engineer who will participate directly in the development of custom orthopedic products that will be fabricated through the process of additive manufacturing (3D-printing). In the role, the candidate will need to determine design requirements, plan and execute the design of mechanical devices, develop CAD models (SolidWorks), test prototypes, and produce clear documentation. Other responsibilities will entail:
    Develop new products, while continually optimizing existing products Drive product development and features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration Meet with clients/users to determine mechanical applications and requirements. Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD. Perform computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs. Oversee the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing. Supports laboratory and field testing and evaluation of product designs to assure compliance with performance specifications. Document the design process, iterations, and test analytics. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure coherence. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (specialization in biomedical engineering or biomechanics a plus) Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a product and/or mechanical engineering role. Proficiency with engineering design programs such as SolidWorks, SW Simulation, etc. Experience in Project management and agile methodologies Knowledge in Freeform surface modelling In-depth knowledge of product design, development, and manufacturing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Attentive to detail and critically minded Autonomous and results-driven Comfortable in a start-up business environment

    Marketing Specialist:
    OssKin is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help us implement the marketing vision and accelerate business growth. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s tone of voice across all platforms, driving engagement and awareness, and building a strong connection with our current and future customers across across North America.
    Responsibilities:
    Content Creation and Optimization. Develop SEO-optimized and engaging high quality content that is on-brand for diverse channels, including blog posts, articles, emails, newsletter content, videos, photos, etc. Social Media Management. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence, foster community engagement, and achieve business objectives. Campaign Management. Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns: ex. Affiliate, SEO, Email marketing, and more. Support Product Launches: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of product launches to ensure a consistent brand presence with literature/collateral/press release production. Design: Design on-brand assets, including emails, website pages and digital/print collateral, ensuring cohesive design aesthetics and maintaining a unified and consistent visual approach across all touchpoints. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, monitor competitors providing actionable insights for continuous content improvement. Collaborate with team members, and external freelancers, as well as partner agencies

    Experience required:
    3+ years of experience in marketing and revenue growth roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B businesses 2+ years of working experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or Salesforce), growth marketing, CRM, and project management tools (Asana or Clickup) to effectively manage leads and campaigns A plus: Graphic Design, videography and/or photography experience Proficient in SEO, SMM, content creation and optimization • Demonstrated skill in branding / positioning / storytelling. • Demonstrated skill in CRO, copywriting, funnel marketing, A/B testing. English spoken and written are mandatory. French is an asset, but not a requirement A plus: Lead-generation experience in a B2B growth environment
    Skills and Knowledge:
    Google, Facebook and LinkedIn ads Knowledge of email automation tools: Mailchimp, Hubspot, Lemlist, Later.com, etc. Marketing automation and tech stack knowledge Project Management: Asana, Clickup, or other.
