Role Description This on-site, full-time role is based in Toronto, ON. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries via phone and email, and providing exceptional customer service. Administrative tasks will include maintaining organized records, processing payments, and assisting with daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients and staff alike. Qualifications • Strong communication, customer service skills, and phone etiquette • Experience with receptionist duties, front desk operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment • Proficiency in clerical skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and handling payments • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a busy environment • Working knowledge of healthcare or wellness-related industries is a plus • Bilingualism in English and Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset • High school diploma or relevant certification preferred
