  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility and civil construction projects from beginning to completion. This role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on underground and overhead utility installations, civil infrastructure, and maintenance work.     Responsibilities:Prepares electrical/civil work take-offs and estimates on utility projects including costs of materials, labour and equipment required for projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specificationsAdvises on tendering procedures; examines and analyzes tenders, recommends tender awards and conducts negotiationsEstablishes and maintains tendering process, sets up cost monitoring, reporting systems and proceduresRead and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specificationsInitiate price packages with suppliers, subcontractors, owners, designers and architects regarding tendersParticipates in site meetings, tender review, tender hand-off, and project closing, as requiredPrepare pre-qualification submissions to present clientsLiaises, consults and communicates with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors, and prepares economic evaluation on changes and adjustments to cost estimatesAssist in material and equipment purchasing for secured key projectsOther duties as assigned

  • Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Distributed Control System (DCS) Technician / Technologist. The role involves maintaining, designing, and installing controller system software. You will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing ongoing operational support.
