  • YVR Airport South - Maintenance Hangar, 5400 Airport Road South, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada Job Description JOIN OUR TEAM Pacific Coastal Airlines (PCA) is seeking a permanent full-time Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Avionics - Category "E" to be based in Richmond, BC. Qualifications Possess a valid Transport Canada AME license - category E Obtain and maintain the Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and the Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit (AVOP) Adhere to the highest level of safety standards by following and executing procedures Utilize knowledge to identify and prioritize operational needs Ensure punctuality of proper paperwork submissions (all certifications and re-certifications recorded prior to releasing aircraft into service) Stay current on Company Maintenance Control Manuals and other industry related manuals/materials Experience working on B1900 and Saab 340 an asset Other Qualifications Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holiday on shift rotations Willing to travel as required to service all aircrafts in our fleetli> Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods at a time Able to work in various weather conditions and elevated noise levels What We Offer Competitive compensation structure based on experience starting at $38.77 per hour, up to $47.04 per hour Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) pay, up to $520 per month Tool/Boot Allowance, up to $500 a year Extended Health/Medical Benefits Vacation days and additional pay sick days & family emergency days Group RRSP with company matching Employee recognition and reward programs Collaborative and inclusive work environment Apply today!   • Job Description YVR Airport South, 4440 Cowley Crescent, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada Posted Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM Join our team! Pacific Coastal Airlines is looking for a permanent full-time Ground Operations Training Coordinator . This position is based out of Richmond, BC at the South Terminal Airport. Reporting to the Network Ground Operations Manager, the Ground Operations Training Coordinator is responsible for all documentation, training, processes, quality & regulatory control of the company’s ground & cabin cleaning operations at all bases. This role ensures that all ground operations are conducted in accordance with prescribed safety, operational, and ground service standards of Pacific Coastal Airlines and that employees are trained & adhere to all company SOPs and Transport Canada regulations. Job Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate standard operating procedures, the Ground Operations Manual, job aids, and other reference materials. Provide leadership, ensure training compliance, and enforce SOP adherence in support of corporate values and annual objectives. Maintain personal competency as a Ramp Agent. Develop, update, and maintain training materials and programs for Ramp Agents and contracted vendors, ensuring alignment with current SOPs and industry best practices. Complete all required documentation and ensure training records are filed accurately and in compliance with SOPs. Schedule and deliver initial, recurrent, and orientation training. Prepare examinations, progress reports, and compliance reports for initial and recurrent training programs. Track and report on training effectiveness, including completion rates, pass/fail rates, and observed on-the-job performance outcomes. Conduct trainer standardization sessions and/or audits to ensure consistency of training delivery across the network. Ensure all Ramp personnel receive adequate training, currency checks, and communication support appropriate to their roles Establish and uphold safety, health, and operational standards, ensuring practices meet or exceed regulatory and corporate requirements. Investigate Ground Operations safety and security issues, including SMS reports, and implement corrective measures as required. Complete and execute corrective action plans (CAPs) to resolve findings from inspections and audits. Assist with preparation and execution of the de-icing season. Participate in annual station inspections. Obtain RAIC clearance and administer the company’s DA and D program for YVR Ramp and Cargo Teams. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss ongoing tasks, future plans, and the development and maintenance of the training program and records.
