  • POSITION OVERVIEWPaisley Partners Inc., a Navacord Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our Programs Division. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated book of commercial program business, providing exceptional service and professional advice to clients. This role involves collaborating closely with producers to obtain, maintain, and expand accounts while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and superior client experience across all servicing activities.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:•Manage a dedicated book of program business, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with multiple associations and program partners.•Handle all aspects of account servicing, including routine inquiries, quotes, binders, statements of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, and cancellations.•Review and assess applications, bind coverage, calculate premiums, issue certificates of insurance, document policies, and report claims as required.•Ensure all premiums, taxes, and fees are collected prior to binding via appropriate payment channels (credit card site, cheque, e-transfer, CAFO, etc.).•Upload and maintain accurate policy documentation within company and carrier portals.•Provide exceptional service during high-volume renewal periods, ensuring prompt, professional communication and same-day response times.•Review client coverage, exposures, and loss experience to analyze risk and identify appropriate products and services.•Collaborate closely with Producers and internal teams on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals, following best practices and standard procedures.
    REQUIREMENTS:•3-5 years of insurance experience required preferably in commercial lines•University degree preferred•R.I.B.O license required•Working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation•Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail•Ability to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills•Skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and EPIC
