Parkridge Estates, a manufactured home park located in the northeast community of Monterey Park is looking for energetic personnel who enjoy working outdoors.
The role will be to provide day to day maintenance of the park and amenities, under the direction of the Parkridge Estates Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all responsibilities in maintaining grounds and specific equipment.
• Maintain road and walkways in winter by removing snow and sanding.
• Maintain summer landscaping: mowing, weeding, tree trimming.
• Equipment preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safe working procedures and conditions exist at all times.
• Conform to all Parkridge Estates regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct self in an appropriate manner while carrying out duties while representing the company.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with staff, residents, and public.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Ability to operate a bobcat and plow
• Ability to operate zero turn mowers and basic landscaping equipment and tools.
• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License is an asset.
• Ability to work in a all weather elements.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as with a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging and changing work environment.
Compensation:
