You will lead and mentor a team of four project managers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executives. This role demands a strong understanding of cyber security principles, proven experience in identity governance, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Oversee the strategic direction and execution of 27 security-related projects within the Cyber Security Program. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating concerns as needed and developing mitigation strategies. Governance: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and internal policies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenditures, forecasting future needs, and optimizing resource allocation.
