    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our critical Cyber Security Program. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of 27 security-related projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will lead and mentor a team of four project managers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executives. This role demands a strong understanding of cyber security principles, proven experience in identity governance, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Oversee the strategic direction and execution of 27 security-related projects within the Cyber Security Program. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating concerns as needed and developing mitigation strategies. Governance: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and internal policies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenditures, forecasting future needs, and optimizing resource allocation.
