The role requires collaboration with manufacturing and estimating teams and autonomous work with a focus on safety and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Complete technical information on drawings. Ensure graphic standards and client specifications are followed (e.g., vinyl and paint colors). Produce the electrical plan of the sign and design the illumination, including the LED position diagram. Prepare documents for components manufactured using CNC equipment. Ensure accuracy of dimensions and clarity of technical designs. Collaborate with manufacturing and estimating teams to validate drawings and manufacturing methods. Evaluate manufacturing methods to optimize structural components without compromising safety. Continuously seek improved manufacturing methods to enhance competitiveness. Produce drawings according to customer standards, specifications, and engineering requirements. Work autonomously with little supervision to produce high-quality, cost-effective drawings that maintain structural safety after installation. Ensure all drawings are updated to remain compliant. Attend job meetings with the Project Manager and production team to clarify details for production. Qualifications And Competencies College diploma in graphic design or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of CorelDraw, AutoCAD, and other design software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in French and English. Strong social skills and ability to work in a team or independently. Organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent ability to read plans, measurements, and structures. Adaptability to change. We prefer someone with social skills as they will be communicating with co-workers. Autonomy, adaptability, accuracy, resourcefulness, leadership, and knowledge of the signage industry would be assets.     Job Title: Health & Safety Coordinator Company: Pattison ID Responsibilities Supports and advises the company on all aspects of workplace health and safety. Prepares and posts weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual health and safety statistics. Continuously improves company processes (sound tests, air quality tests, new equipment) and stays up-to-date with TSNB (WorkSafe NB) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Collaborates and coordinates certain files with external stakeholders such as doctors, subcontractors, WorkSafe NB, and regional safety consortiums. Manages workplace accident files and participates in return-to-work processes (temporary assignments and rehabilitation). Participates in risk analysis of equipment and workstations with corrective measures, ergonomics, and tools. Prepares, attends, and follows up on Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings (quotes and bids, inspections, observations, expert consultants, training, incident and investigation reports, statistics). Prepares, attends, and follows up on meetings with individuals involved in various matters (space issues, ergonomics, heat tests, internal and external audits, inspections by WorkSafe NB officers). Prepares, writes, presents, and updates directives, policies and procedures, regulations, work instructions, weekly safety tips, alerts, protocols. Ensures health and safety orientation for new office and plant employees. Manages the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS). Qualifications College diploma in Health and Safety or equivalent experience. Written and spoken French and English are required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Effective communication skills verbally, by phone, and by email with company management, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Strong numerical skills and mastery of applicable laws and regulations. Social skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Time management and prioritization skills, organizational sense. Availability to work outside regular business hours. Must possess all documents required to work legally in Canada. We prefer a candidate with strong social skills, adaptability, resourcefulness, organizational skills, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge in signage.
