    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Business Manager based in Halifax, NS, with some flexibility for remote work. The Territory Business Manager will have the responsibility of building a team for a new service and sales branch, manage assigned territories, cultivate client relationships, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales goals. This role also involves collaborating with marketing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
    Qualifications

    Proven sales and business development skills, including account management and client relationship managementKnowledge of the forestry equipment industry, heavy machinery, or industrial productsStrong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targetsProficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales toolsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to travel within the assigned territory and work independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
