Develops user acceptance testing results, tracks issues, reports statuses, and gains sign‑off. Develops and maintains strong, customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders. Qualifications Postsecondary degree or diploma in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a related field. Experience in UI/UX design, including creating user interfaces that support business application requirements. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to think logically and analytically, and to express ideas constructively. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines within constraints. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems. Here's how a Superintendent for our Northern Ontario office located in Sudbury, ON, contributes to our team : Responsibilities Works with project manager to ensure implementation of PCL’s safety program, including integrating PCL’s safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record keeping requirements.
