    Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate air import shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.Communicate with airlines, customs brokers, and clients to track and expedite shipments.Prepare and review shipping documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.Resolve any shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as required.Assist with billing and coordinate with accounting for timely invoicing.Stay updated on import regulations, trade compliance, and airline policies.
    Qualifications1–3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or international logistics.Strong knowledge of Canadian customs regulations and import procedures.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management software (e.g., CargoWise, Descartes, or similar).
