Our Sales Leadership Program spans across a wide breadth of experiences in several divisions across PepsiCo Foods & Beverages. By demonstrating proven results and leadership skills in our new grad program, you will be uniquely qualified for future people leadership opportunities within PepsiCo Canada.
    Responsibilities
    What you'll be working on:
    Gaining in market experience to learn the business from the ground up Leading a team of people depending on the location and division you are working in. Working with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manage inventory and implement promotional events. Understanding and implementing our go to market strategies including: Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution and Third Party Carriers. Utilizing your problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue and profitability. Influencingand collaborating with the fields sales team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within the Region. Leveraging your analytical skills to conduct business reviews with key decision makers.
    Qualifications

    Vos responsabilités
    Acquérir de l’expérience sur le marché pour apprendre à connaître l’entreprise à partir de la base. Diriger une équipe, selon votre lieu de travail et votre division. Travailler avec les clients pour exécuter les stratégies de vente et de marchandisage, monter les étalages, gérer les stocks et mettre sur pied des événements promotionnels. Comprendre et mettre en œuvre nos stratégies de mise en marché, notamment: la livraison directe au magasin, la distribution aux entrepôts et les transporteurs tiers. Utiliser vos compétences en résolution de problèmes pour augmenter le volume de vente, les revenus et la rentabilité. Influencer l’équipe des ventes, l’équipe des comptes clés et les clients et collaborer avec eux pour répondre aux demandes des consommateurs et consommatrices de la région. Utiliser votre capacité d’analyse pour présenter des revues d’affaires aux décideuses et décideurs principaux.
