Maintain records of product development processes, including testing and evaluation. Assist with customer visits/trainings and participate, and inspiration sessions. Understand, apply, and actively participate in maintaining health and safety program practices. Understand, apply, and actively participate in maintaining product quality and food safety program practices including BRC, HACCP, QA / QC, GMP, Sanitation and good hygiene practices. Ideal Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in the Food Manufacturing industry, ideally in a Product Development role. A degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture and Hospitality Management (if the candidate has a focus on food and beverage products). Experience assisting in creating new products, including working on formulation (blends), packaging, and testing prototypes. Comfort with running Plant Trials, analyzing and presenting data related to product performance, sensory evaluations, and test trial. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product formulations, ingredient sourcing, and quality control.
