    We're seeking an experienced Manager of Data Science to lead, expand, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists. This pivotal role will shape our data science strategy, establish best-in-class practices, and drive collaboration across departments such as Product Management, Consumer Insights, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, MLOps , and Data Science , and who can turn visionary ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions.
    Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Hire, mentor, and lead a team of data scientists. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Support continuous learning and career development. Strategic Vision & Execution Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Data Science function. Translate business needs into actionable data science initiatives. Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term data strategies. Practice Building Establish scalable methodologies, workflows, and best practices. Champion innovation with LLM-based solutions that enhance decision-making and operational performance. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, integrating them into team practices. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align efforts and priorities. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment. Operational Excellence Oversee the full project lifecycle-from ideation to execution. Ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful outcomes. Monitor and optimize team performance and delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). 7+ years of experience in Data Science, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Hands-on expertise in LLMs , data mapping , transactional mapping , and machine learning workflows . Proven success in building and scaling data science teams and delivering results. Strong understanding of data pipelines, AI systems, and MLOps practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
