Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). 7+ years of experience in Data Science, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Hands-on expertise in LLMs , data mapping , transactional mapping , and machine learning workflows . Proven success in building and scaling data science teams and delivering results. Strong understanding of data pipelines, AI systems, and MLOps practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
