Effectuer et automatiser le déploiement, la maintenance et les mises à niveau sur une flotte de serveurs et d'appareils
Assurer l'exploitation d'applications basées sur des microservices en surveillant des indicateurs de performance tels que la disponibilité, le débit et la latence

About The Role
Our team uses a mix of open source, SaaS, and internally developed tools and processes to manage and support our SCADA software product life cycle (deploy, configure, upgrade, monitor, optimize) across a fleet of thousands of on‑prem devices and multiple public and private Cloud k8s clusters.
What You Will Be Doing
Perform and automate deployment, maintenance, and upgrades across a fleet of servers and devices
Maintain live microservices‑based applications by monitoring performance indicators such as availability, throughput, and latency
Grow systems by advocating for changes that enhance reliability, performance, and serviceability
Work closely with development team members to support existing microservices on various deployment environments, on both cloud and on‑prem infrastructure
Work with technologies like Kubernetes (GKE, k3s), Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Mosquitto, Redis, Ansible, Kafka, LAMP, Git, GCE, RHEL
Maintain production flows and CD processes for deployment of software and infrastructure systems at scale

Contrôle et intégration réseau , vous contribuerez à la réalisation des activités d’ingénierie liées à l’intégration réseau et aux systèmes de contrôle de centrales pour des sites solaires, de stockage et hybrides, durant la phase d’exécution des projets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for a Power Plant Control Engineer (PPC) to complete our dynamic global team. As a part of the Controls & Grid Integration team, your mission is to deliver grid integration and power plant control related engineering tasks for solar, storage and hybrid sites during the projects execution phase. We are responsible for implementing new renewable assets, such as solar, storage, wind or hybrid sites, onto our Platform.

As a Power Plant Control Engineer, you will face a variety of tasks related to the grid integration and power plant control implementation of renewable energy assets. Typical implementation-activities involve interacting with our customers and possibly with the grid operators to gather all information needed, perform the requirements analysis, provide the design study and finally complete the grid integration/compliance tests and submit the respective report.
It goes without saying that in this role you’ll get to know the renewable energy industry and are able to develop your skills further through internal and external learning events.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Analyze requirements for Grid integration, including the applicable Grid Code, of solar, storage, wind and hybrid power plants
Escalate new requirements to internal product teams for implementation.
Design the flow for new control applications.
Contribute to the mathematical modelling of the Power Plant Control Algorithms
Prepare the project specific control narrative.
Commission the projects power plant controller.
Conduct Grid Code Compliance tests (usually remote), including data analysis and reporting.
Develop application studies for new grid integration and power plant control installations.
Be the main technical interface to Grid Operators and client specialists
Provide remote troubleshooting help to on-site engineers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
MS/BS in Electrical or Automations Engineering with technical background in power system engineering
2 years experience as SCADA Engineer
Knowledge of principle of operation of RES (Solar, Wind, Storage or Hybrid sites)
Good knowledge of digital and analog signals
Experience with Industrial protocols (MODBUS, DNP3, OPC, etc)
Experience with PLCs
Basic knowledge of Local Networks
Experience with Linux OS, use of terminal and shell
Experience in modelling of power control systems in Digsilent, PSSE or PSCAD.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded individual to join our dynamic Corporate Strategy team as a Senior Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the work of the Corporate Strategy & Executive Leadership teams, as well as supporting our Corporate Development & Partnership efforts. The scope of this role has the potential to be broad, including market and competitive intelligence, annual planning and strategy ops, strategy workshops and strategy formulation, cross-functional strategic projects, as well as supporting M&A and partnerships. This position reports into the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Corporate Development.
Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
Manage cross-functional and strategic projects by structuring approach, conducting primary and secondary research, and performing analysis as needed
Summarise key findings into clean, clear and concise word and power point documents that can be presented to our leadership team.
Work closely with colleagues around the globe to ensure we are leveraging in-house knowledge and ensuring buy-in.
Partnerships & M&A
Build relationships with outside providers & partners to build funnel of partnership and M&A opportunities.
Drive evaluation of potential M&A and partnerships, including financial, strategic and operational, while validating cross-functionally.
Work with cross-functional teams to set up partnerships that add value to our product suite, including product, marketing, and other groups.
Team Operations
Support team on critical projects with supporting research and analysis
Help drive operations of strategy team and the company at large by staying on top of our reporting cadence.
Support the development of "client-ready" presentations and financial models
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market dynamics, customer strategies, and industry developments to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop a set of key market indicators to enable us to track key trends impacting our customers.
Provide regular reporting on financial metrics of customers, competitors and investors in sector.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to distill information into a clear, concise, and compelling story that enables stakeholders to make more informed decisions.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter who can structure complex problems and projects to deliver results.
Experience in energy or renewables vertical preferred.
College/University B.A. or B.S. required

We are seeking a senior cloud engineer to join the Power Factors Cloud Engineering & Operations team to ensure the cloud infrastructure is running properly, efficiently, and securely. In this role, we are looking for someone who can instantly step into the team and be a senior contributor in our engineering and operational areas of our cloud team. As a leading SaaS provider to the renewable energies industry, our applications must be secure, highly available, and scalable with our customers' growing demands.
Regarding the cloud infrastructure, Power Factors works with AWS, GCP, and Azure across its product portfolio. The cloud team works to ensure all infrastructure is created and run in accordance with best practices to ensure cost governance, security, and high availability. Within these cloud environments, Power Factors SaaS products are tested, deployed, and operated. These products are both single tenant and multitenant and employ microservices architectures using a combination of open-source technologies and cloud-specific ones.
The Cloud Engineering & Operations team is responsible for the foundational resources and environments used by the rest of Power Factors - including networks, backups, infrastructure as code, and shared resources used across various development teams, such as Kubernetes clusters and monitoring tools. With these responsibilities, the cloud team often works closely with development, architecture, and information security teams to ensure the cloud environments run in a secure and efficient manner.
