  • Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Foxboro Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join our clients team on a 7/7 rotational shift with fly in and fly out out of Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Foxboro distributed control systems (DCS) and instrumentation systems in compliance with Canadian regulations to optimize the efficiency and reliability of our clients industrial processes. Responsibilities Designing, configuring, and programming Foxboro distributed control systems (DCS) to meet project requirements while adhering to Canadian regulatory standards. Developing and implementing control strategies to improve process efficiency, reliability, and safety in alignment with Canadian regulations. Conducting system integration, testing, and commissioning activities for Foxboro DCS and instrumentation systems in compliance with Canadian codes and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Foxboro distributed control systems (DCS) and instrumentation in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of Canadian regulations. Proficiency in programming languages such as FCP (Foxboro Control Programming), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC).
