Enterprise QA & Testing LeadWe are seeking a hands-on, assertive QA & Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing for a large-scale retail transformation program. This role will lead test strategy, governance, and execution across multiple releases, orchestrating testing cycles and managing cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:Lead QA/testing teams across functional, SIT, E2E, regression, performance, automation, and UAT cycles.Define and implement testing strategy, governance, and execution for enterprise-level releases.Ensure quality, risk mitigation, and alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation.Influence stakeholders, enforce governance, and deliver results.
Must-Have:10+ years in QA/testing leadership for ERP or large-scale digital transformation programs.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent releases.Expertise across all testing phases, including UAT planning and execution.Critical: Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMS, GK POS, Adobe Suite, MuleSoft, or similar.Retail transformation experience preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Certifications such as ISTQB or PMP are a plus.
Work Requirements:5 days onsite, with flexibility for extended hours during deployments or cutovers.
