What you will do:
The Financing Services Manager is responsible for developing and managing tailored financial solutions for our customers purchasing buses, including motorcoaches and Bus shell, in the private or public transportation industry. This role involves building strong customer relationships, supporting sales teams with financing expertise, and collaborating with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to enable sustainable and profitable Prevost business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-based lending, transportation finance, or commercial vehicle sales and a strong understanding of credit, loan structures, and regulatory compliance.
Role Description
Design and deliver tailored financing solutions (leasing, loans, rentals) to meet customer and sales needs.
Partner with sales teams to integrate financing offers into vehicle sales strategies and support revenue growth.

Our 310T Coach Mechanic has a key role in order to perform skilled mechanical work in the repair and maintenance of coaches. Responsibilities may include trouble-shooting repair needs which are difficult to identify and independently completing repair projects.

What awaits you:
Our 310T Team Lead - Coach Mechanic (Day shift) has a key role within the facility. They are responsible to assign, monitor, and check the work of a team of service technicians. Additionally, you will need strong communication to convey information from the front of the shop to the technicians and vice versa. Also, will need to read, review, and correct technician stories to ensure proper documentation.
On occasion, you may be asked to perform, and train other employees, on the repair and maintenance of coaches.
You may also be tasked with other duties as assigned.

What you will do:
As the Services Controller, you have the overall responsibility of supporting the business and the Director for our entire services network. You work closely with the organization and make sure to respect the financial rules.
Responsibilities:
Manage monthly financial closing & reporting process, including reviewing and analyzing reported figures, control reports and investigating and resolving issues.
Ensure timeless and quality of reporting per branch.
Developing and follow exiting KPI.
Investigating significant variances from prior period actual results
Implementing corrective activities as needed.
Assist in development and implementation of new analysis tool.
Support business - financial acumen
Promote and enhance sharing of best practices with the entire network.
Hands on in the day-to-day business.
Develop the annual budget and various estimates for Services
