    Role Overview
    We are hiring a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening partnerships, and representing Prime Freight across the Greater Montreal Area and Quebec. This position plays a key role in expanding Prime Freight’s presence in our home market.


    Key Responsibilities
    Prospect, identify, and secure new accounts in Montreal and surrounding regions.Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation → presentations → quoting → closing → account management.Build and grow relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics-heavy businesses.Collaborate with Prime Freight operations and tech teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Create and execute a sales strategy for the Montreal market; achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client site visits.Provide market intelligence related to pricing, trade lanes, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


    Qualifications
    2–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or NVOCC.Solid understanding of air and ocean freight, FCL/LCL, Incoterms, quoting, and international shipping workflows.Demonstrated ability to close new business and meet revenue goals.Existing relationships with Montreal importers/exporters is a strong asset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel.Bilingual (French & English) strongly preferred.

    Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, NVOCC, or supply chain.Strong understanding of air/ocean freight, LCL/FCL, Incoterms, quoting, and international shipping processes.Proven ability to generate new business and hit revenue targets.Existing customer relationships in the GTA freight/logistics market is a strong asset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
