    The Process Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing and general operations at Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc. and reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Adhere to GMP and ISO13485 quality systems
    - Perform line clearance and manufacturing clean-up operations in Clean Room
    - Participate in the Installation, operation and qualification of manufacturing equipment including filling lines, mixing and sterilization of equipment
    - Participate in process validation activities, problem solving, quality improvement drives and process improvement projects
    - Perform production process operation such as, but not limited to, formulation, milling, dialyzing, degassing, filling , sterilizing of manufacturing products as per master batch instructions
    - Perform equipment calibration, corrective and preventive maintenance, documentation and maintenance of files
    - Writing SOPs and manufacturing documentation
    - Inventory management including ordering; stock control; order tracking and labeling
    - Communicating with suppliers for material concerns and machine issues and perform troubleshooting when necessary
    - Co-ordination of manufacturing set-up project with other departments including QC, QA and R&D

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Other duties as assigned
    - Participation in weekly operations meetings

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Technical Knowledge/Experience

    - Three-year college diploma in a scientific field and 1-year work experience in a GMP/GLP or
    - ISO compliant environment in either Manufacturing, QC, QA, R&D or other technical function
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    - Experience working in Clean Room environment

  • JOB SUMMARY:

    The Packaging Equipment Technician is responsible for setting up equipment, organizing the daily schedule; - performing and overseeing the packaging process of labelling and assembly of all Prollenium products.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Set up and operation of packaging equipment
    - Troubleshoot and correct malfunctioning equipment on the packaging line
    - Actively lead the packaging process while performing the labeling and assembly procedures along with the packaging operators, ensuring quality, accuracy and safety as per strict procedures
    - Ensure proper lot number and expiry date on labels, physically inspect syringes for print quality and application of labels
    - Complete validation documentation, as necessary, and inspect the quality of the packaged products prior to passing the documentation to the Quality department
    - Comply with ISO 13485 standards and GMP
    - Oversee inventory control of packaging components: including receipt, inspection and inventory levels of supplies and components; update manager of usage, shortages and surplus
    - Accurately complete the Manufacturing Batch Production SOPs as per GMP procedures

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    JOB SUMMARY:A Tradeshow and Event Manager works as the company’s primary point of contact to manage the day-to-day planning and execution of regional customer meetings, medical trainings, and industry tradeshows. Reporting to the Director of Events and Tradeshows, the candidate will also assist in planning additional types of events defined as: internal meetings, sales meetings, medical trainings, corporate and client-facing events. Event manager will ensure that all meetings and events meet business needs and objectives, are high quality, compliant and fiscally appropriate.
    A high level of initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, creativity, and collaboration is required to develop, plan, and execute successful events and meetings.
    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage logistics of all external meetings and tradeshows including accommodations, exhibit furnishings, schedule of events, agendas, event promotions, medical supply ordering, creative asset deliverables/promotions, BEOS, room design & layout, and AV production.Generate timely communications for tradeshow staff and stakeholders, including information about sponsorships, location of displays, attendee demographics, executive and speaker schedules, shipping information, etc., to ensure objectives and requirements are understood.Maintain tracking system for trade shows to further monitor show successes and ROI.Facilitate contracts against allocated budgets and proper distribution of information.Execute and manage marketing tasks related to events including production of collateral and other marketing materials.Work directly with sales reps on selecting special event venues and overall event needs to ensure optimal meeting success.Perform post-event spend and overall ROI measurement within Salesforce.Address all aspects of budget and billing for all meetings & tradeshows including reconciliating invoices, coordinating payment to vendors, speakers and managing meeting expenses.Assist with forecasting and annual budget planning.Evaluate show performance and make recommendations for future meetings to enhance overall functional needs and business success.Support or project manage other event marketing projects and events as assigned.

    A high level of initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, creativity, and collaboration is required to develop, plan, and execute successful events and meetings.
    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage logistics of all external meetings and tradeshows including accommodations, exhibit furnishings, schedule of events, agendas, event promotions, medical supply ordering, creative asset deliverables/promotions, BEOS, room design & layout, and AV production.Generate timely communications for tradeshow staff and stakeholders, including information about sponsorships, location of displays, attendee demographics, executive and speaker schedules, shipping information, etc., to ensure objectives and requirements are understood.Maintain tracking system for trade shows to further monitor show successes and ROI.Facilitate contracts against allocated budgets and proper distribution of information.Execute and manage marketing tasks related to events including production of collateral and other marketing materials.Work directly with sales reps on selecting special event venues and overall event needs to ensure optimal meeting success.Perform post-event spend and overall ROI measurement within Salesforce.Address all aspects of budget and billing for all meetings & tradeshows including reconciliating invoices, coordinating payment to vendors, speakers and managing meeting expenses.Assist with forecasting and annual budget planning.Evaluate show performance and make recommendations for future meetings to enhance overall functional needs and business success.Support or project manage other event marketing projects and events as assigned.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5+ years’ event experience with demonstrated 2-3 years of tradeshow experienceExperience in aesthetics, medical device/technologies preferredExperience with event management platforms and CRM is preferredMust be able to lift up to 25lbs.
    TRAVEL:Regular travel, up to 30% within NAM will be requiredSome international travel may also be required and thus, a passport is required for this position
