    Role DescriptionThe Facility Technician supports the facility operations, ensuring that the building, equipment, and work environment remain clean, safe, functional, and production-ready. This role combines hands-on technical support, and routine maintenance tasks to enable daily operational efficiency. The Facility Technician works closely with the Facilities Manager and production teams to complete inspections, address maintenance requests, perform light repairs, support housekeeping and 5S initiatives, and assist with shopfloor preparation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and well-functioning facility.

    Role DescriptionThe Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for the mechanical assembly of custom tooling and automation equipment in accordance with technical drawings, procedures, and quality standards. This hands-on role involves working through all phases of equipment build, including pre-assembly preparation, staging and verifying components, mechanical sub-assembly, troubleshooting, and final testing. The technician collaborates closely with the Supervisor, Test & Assembly and Project Managers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, and meet project schedules and budgets. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured assembly and testing procedures are critical to success in this role.

Additionally, the role involves coordinating daily shop activities, providing direction, and assisting in the prioritization of work tasks.
