Act as the primary liaison with Starbucks representatives, working collaboratively to uphold quality, compliance, and brand integrity across all aspects of the operation. Monitor and guide labour management at the manager level, ensuring accurate schedules, staffing plans, time off requests and payroll practices in line with business volume and budget goals. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of middle-management team members (Assistant Managers, F&B Managers). Collaborate with managers to improve labour productivity, manage scheduling gaps, and support proper planning for activations, events, and busy periods. Lead menu engineering by prioritizing and evaluating new product, menu, and package requests from F&B teams and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand standards, guest expectations, and business goals. Assist with menu development, beverage programming, and concept creation in collaboration with culinary team and Line of Business leaders. Assist in the development and launch of the F&B Applications and Takeout Program, providing ongoing training and support as needed. Maintain consistent, structured verbal and written communication with F&B teams and leadership across all Jasper properties to ensure alignment and foster effective collaboration and consistency. Prepare and submit activity, operational, and project status reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and other business stakeholders. Ensure all outlets maintain the highest standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Assist in developing and executing revenue-driving promotions and guest-facing tactics. Fulfills role of Executive Housekeeper in their absence. Responsibilities include; Supervises the cleanliness, maintenance and the general appearance of guest rooms and public areas as well as other areas designated (front/back) of the house. Sees that all Housekeeping personnel are carrying out the duties assigned to them, as per standards of the company. Close co-ordination between Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverage as well as the Guest Relation regarding regular and especially irregular guest requests. Training and maintaining standards of quality and service and productivity of the Housekeeping Department. Accurate scheduling of periodical cleaning plans, etc. Constant awareness of new cleaning machinery, cleaning chemicals and cleaning procedures arising on the market. Supervises compliance of company policies and exercises performance management as needed. Conducts guest room and public space inspections. Assists the Executive Housekeeper with requests and purchases of all supplies related to Housekeeping and Laundry as well as the linen and uniforms. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, uniforms and linen. Supervises and controls Lost and Found, maintains records and liaises with FD to return packages to clients. Promotes teamwork within the department as well as a sense of fairness. Ensure that all staff in the Housekeeping department know and understand safety procedures and effective reporting is maintained. Ensures all staff has a safe environment within which to work and ensures all staff adopts safe working habits. Monitors work performed by outside contractors and recommends scheduling (e.g. window cleaning, laundry contractors, room cleaning, etc.). Maintains tracking record of room condition and informs maintenance of repairs to be completed. Ensures all housekeeping staff is thoroughly familiar with the Hotel's emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur. Setting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the department in conjunction with the Executive Housekeeper as well as People & Culture. Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for field of responsibility. What skills and experience do you need for this job?: The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. Able to perform with minimal direct supervision. What will you do in this job?: Night Audit Agents ensure guests receive the best service possible from our properties. They provide guests with their requested room, address their needs, and resolve any complaints they may have throughout their stay. Responsibilities may include: Process telephone calls Process group arrivals and departures Register arriving guests and assign rooms Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payment Take, cancel, and change room reservations Resolve minor guest complaints and refer to Hotel Manager or Front Desk Supervisor as required Refer major guest complaints to Hotel Manager or Front Desk Supervisor Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest Arrange services required for guests with special needs Provide information regarding room status and special guests to other departments Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly Learn the Night Audit procedures.
