    • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, and CPQ pricing engine.

    • In-depth experience configuring CPQ in Vlocity: product rules, pricing rules, discounting, approval workflows, quote templates.

    • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, profiles, roles, permission sets.

    • Experience integrating with external platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.

    • Familiarity with declarative automation tools: Flows, Process Builder.

  • Job Title : Digital Product Manager
    Location : Toronto, Canada (Hybrid - 3 days onsite Tuesday to Thursday. 2 days remote on Monday and Friday.)

    Job Profile Summary: Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for Americas external websites and related tools, demonstrating a deep understanding of AEM.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership
    Define and own the strategic vision and multi year roadmap for the Americas external websites (Canada public/secure, Mexico public/secure, South America, US Offshore) and associated digital tools.
    Translate business goals and client needs into actionable product strategies, features, and enhancements.

    3. Cross Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
    Engage Sales, Marketing, Operations, Portfolio Review Department, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and IT to define requirements, constraints, and measures of success.
    Partner with Marketing Technology (MarTech) to integrate and evolve the digital ecosystem, including search, analytics, personalization, and marketing tools.

    Develop a deep understanding of both external clients and internal users to inform product decisions.

    Analyze data from website usage, tools, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous optimization.
    Monitor competitor websites, client experience innovations, and emerging technology trends; translate insights into strategic recommendations.

    Ensure all Americas websites comply with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements, including investment regulations and OneTrust privacy standards.
    Oversee adherence to accessibility requirements (AODA) and technical best practices that support SEO, usability, and site performance.
    Collaborate with partners to maintain governance across the web ecosystem, ensuring technical hygiene, risk controls, and ongoing compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.

    • Minimum 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years in digital product management.

    • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise websites and digital tools; AEM expertise strongly preferred.

    • Proven success operating in Agile environments.
