Job Title: L2 Support System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug Java code to resolve production issues.
- Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Collaborate with L1 support, development, and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Maintain documentation for recurring issues and resolution steps.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.

UAT Lead- Accessibility

Lead UAT activities with a focus on ensuring web and mobile applications meet accessibility standards, including WCAG and ADA compliance.
2.Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate accessibility features, ensuring they meet functional and accessibility requirements.
3. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to address accessibility concerns and ensure applications are fully accessible to users with disabilities.
4.Identify, track, and resolve accessibility defects, ensuring all issues are addressed before the software goes live.
5.Provide regular UAT reports on accessibility compliance, defect status, and improvements, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
