Requirements:The successful candidate must be a confident, high-energy, enthusiastic practitioner with excellent clinical skills, a natural rapport with both patients and staff and a superior work ethic.Invisalign certification is an asset.We are looking for a dentist who is competent in all aspects of general dentistry. Experience with Sedation, surgery, implants and Invisalign are all assets.
Our practice has a comprehensive hygiene and GBT program performing restorative, endodontics, Invisalign, oral surgery, implant restoration, cosmetic work and comprehensive dentistry.
We have three, fully booked, active hygienists with excellent experience in initiating and supporting diagnosis, utilizing intra-oral cameras, and itero scanners, and communicating and educating patients on both periodontal, overall oral, and dental health. The dentist who joins this team must share our practice vision and support our patient goals. We provide weekly training to our staff to support our vision and this training is extended to all new members of the team, including our new Dental Associate.
Compensation will be discussed based on expectations, years of experience, and clinical skills.
At this time we are ONLY looking for a licensed Dentist who is qualified and has experience to practice in Canada.
Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Certified Office.
We are currently looking for a vibrant Registered Dental Hygienist. Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT Certification) is an asset but we offer and pay for training to a motivated individual. We are a unique office that has embraced the GBT system for the benefit of both our patients and our hygienists. The system provides a high level of clinical excellence and has the added benefit of significant improvements in the ergonomics and physical demands of the hygienist.
Responsibilities:Reviewing patient medical history.Scaling and prophylaxis.Oral Cancer screening.Assessing oral health and pre-diagnosis for doctor examinations.Zoom Whitening.Impressions.Fissure Sealants.Patient Education.
Requirements:3 to 5 years of clinical experience is preferred.Software and digital savvy (understanding of the Dentrix software system is an asset).Excellent diagnostic skills.Outstanding ability to educate and communicate with patients.The ability to work together with a dynamic team and support good periodontal health.Full-time but flexible hours. Part-time can accommodate your schedule.Experience with Zoom Whitening (or other whitening procedures), able to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment cases.Able to use the continuing care list on Dentrix to contact and schedule patients during cancellations and downtime.
